The Secret to Losing Weight for Good!

WATER: Drink a glass of distilled water each morning when you get up. This will start your metabolism.

Eat three to five servings (no fewer than three) of organic vegetables and at least two organic fruit's a day. Fruits and vegetables should make a large percentage of your daily diet.

Eat a large breakfast: Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. This meal should consist of Protein. The Protein will provide your body with energy and keep your metabolism active. You can have a wrap sandwich each morning filled with organic eggs and cheese. It will provide you with enough fuel and energy until lunch time.

Welcome to my blog!

I've just launched my new blog! I wanted to find a way to talk to anyone having trouble losing weight. I have lost 46 pounds using some simple tips that I have discovered during my research and I want to share them with anyone who wants to lose weight. See all my life I wanted to go on a cruise with my family. I was always uncomfortable with the way I looked. The thought of going on a cruise, with all the skinny bodies around made me not want to go. After 15 years of always having one excuse after another, and trying all sorts of diets, I decided that I would find a way. I figured that with all the programs out there and all the books there must be an easier way. In my research I found some articles from scientist talking about toxins in our bodies, that they were causing obesity. They talked about food chemicals and other artificial chemicals being used in our food. Well I found a way to lose the weight naturally, by watching the foods we consume. With all the processed foods and artificial additives our bodies can't digest these toxins, and are causing obesity and diseases. I tried so many programs. Sure you would lose some pounds but they would just come back. I would like to help as many people as I can to lose weight too. I will start posting as many of the tips as I can.
